The life force, residing in our breath, not just give us life and healing the mind and body. She is a ray pure cosmic consciousness, which supports our soul chained to the earth in constant contact with God.
So every time we do the spiritual exercises (for whatever purpose), meditate with the full knowledge that we are strengthening the sacred bond, existing between our breathing, our soul and God.

breath, every moment is working on restoring and healing our body, mind and spirit.
